This policy explains what information Novus Prime Inc ("Novus Prime", "we") collects at novusprimecapital.com, what we use it for, and the choices you have.
Only what you give us in the "Get your offer" form: the property address, whether it is a house or land, your name, your phone number and, if you choose, your email address. We also keep the language you used on the site and the date you sent the form. You can visit the site without giving us any information.
To prevent abuse of the form we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself). The companies that host the site may log basic technical data, such as browser type and IP address, to run and protect the service.
To evaluate your property, prepare an offer and communicate with you about that property. We do not use it for anything else.
By ticking the box and sending the form you agree that Novus Prime may call you, send you text messages (SMS) and email you at the number and address you gave us, about that property and our offer. Giving this consent is not a condition of selling your property to us.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Your phone carrier may charge message and data rates. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any of them; for help, reply HELP or call (728) 223-1718. If you also do not want calls or emails, tell us or write to info@novusprimecapital.com and we will stop contacting you.
We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their marketing.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that the sender is a person; that service may use technical data from your browser to run the check.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the providers that make the site work (hosting, database and security) and, if the purchase moves forward, with the parties needed to close it, such as the title company. We may also disclose it if the law requires.
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your information is stored in a database with access restricted to our team. No system is completely secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect the information.

This site is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
