Novus Prime buys houses and land directly from owners in South Florida. This site is here to inform you and to let you request an offer for your property.
Sending the form is free and does not commit you to sell. It also does not obligate us to make an offer or to buy: we evaluate each property and may decide not to make an offer.
Any price or comment we give you before a contract is only an estimate. A purchase is binding on both parties only when both sign a written purchase and sale contract, and it is governed by what that contract says.
Novus Prime acts as a buyer, in its own interest. We do not represent you as agents or brokers. Fernando R. Mesa holds a Florida real estate license and in these purchases acts as a buyer, not as the seller's agent.
